Application (out of exchange programs)

On the contrary, if you do not come from a university in partnership with Lille Catholic University, you must apply individually for a Licence Degree (undergraduate studies / Bachelor's degree) or a Master Degree (4th and 5th years of studies), according to your level of studies in your home country.

Besides the usual application form sent to our Faculty, the students must abide what is called the “preliminary admission procedure” (see below). He will also have to prove a sufficient level of knowledge of the French language.

French applicant or national of a member state of the EU or EEE

  • To apply for a 1st year of studies: the European applicants should send the usual application form.
  • To continue studies in France after having started studies outside the EU
    For the applicants who do not have the French “Baccalauréat”, they must fulfill all the requirements to apply in a University located in their home country (to have a higher education degree). They will also be asked to have a sufficient level of French language.
    The application forms must be transmitted to the “Services Culturels” of the French Embassy.
    • To accede to the 3rd year of the “Licence Droit” or “Master 1ère année” (4th year) : Applicants must ask for a “dispensatory form” necessary to check the level of studies, the degrees obtained and the coherence of the application form. This file must be submitted before June.
    • Application forms for “Master 2ème année” must be processed in June.

 

Students from outside the European Union

  • Not concerned :
  • European candidates.
  • Grant holders from France, or international organizations or foreign governments whose grants are managed by a French authorized organization such as CNOUS, EGIDE, etc.
  • Stateless persons or political refugees who hold an OFPRA card (Office Français pour les Réfugiés et les Apatrides).
  • Children of diplomats based in France.

Application in “Licence 1ère ou 2ème année”:

  • If the student has or is preparing the French « Baccalauréat » and lives in a foreign country: application form must be asked to the Faculté Libre de Droit and on the website: http://www.admission-postbac.fr
  • If the student has or is preparing the French “Baccalauréat” or an equivalent diploma:
    The student who resides in France and has a residence permit must withdraw a “preliminary admission form” (called “Green application form”) at the nearest University between 1st December and 15th January before the academic year concerned. For further information: www.education.gouv.fr
    The student who lives in a foreign country must withdraw a “preliminary admission form” (called “White application form”) at the Cultural Services of the French Embassy in his/her home country or via the following website : www.campusfrance.org  between 1st December and 15th January before the academic year concerned. For further information: www.education.gouv.fr

Recommendation: in the University choices, students must specify : Université Toulouse 1 Capitole (for the Faculté Libre de Droit, Université Catholique de Lille).
